Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and inquisitive individual with a flair for customer engagement to serve as a Fraud Officer within our Counter Fraud Compliance and Debt (CFCD) team. Key Responsibilities

As a Fraud Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring strict adherence to DWP policies, CFCD operational procedures, and maintaining elevated quality standards.

  • Efficiently managing a portfolio of cases, including the collection and verification of information to facilitate accurate benefit reassessments and overpayment calculations.
  • Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining precise records, redacting confidential material, and liaising with relevant departments.
  • Prioritising a demanding workload and adapting to shifting priorities within a fast-paced operational setting.
